Dimar Associates was founded by Michael Cirella, a technology industry veteran, with a specialty in digital imaging, optics, photonics, lasers and fiber-optics areas. With over thirty years of experience launching pioneering technology products at large companies (Polaroid, Atari, Pirelli), and start-up, rapid growth companies (SDL, Lasertron, Arroyo Optics), the early adoption process for novel technology is well understood. Proven communication methods are used to clarify the mission, understand the issues and to build the "bridge" that will enhance business growth.

At Dimar Associates, this experience is applied to small, early stage companies that have not fully developed organizationally and need an effective, low cost method to establish a position at target accounts. Working closely with venture capital groups, we provide an independent perspective on portfolio prospects at the early funding stage.
